Ningbo Yuhua Industrial Co., Ltd. Testing Center is a nationally recognized laboratory accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). Our expertise lies in testing polyethylene (PE) raw materials and products, including gas buried polyethylene (PE) pipes, pipe fittings, valves, and water supply polyethylene (PE) pipes. We are a trusted authority in these testing areas, and our inspection reports bear the CNAS and ILAC-MRA/CNAS joint logo, symbolizing fairness, scientific rigor, and authority.

Our testing center operates in accordance with the CNAS-CL1:2006, CNAS-CL52:2014, and ISO/IEC17025:2005 laboratory management systems. With a dedicated team of technical personnel and state-of-the-art equipment, our center covers an area of over 2000 square meters, including a laboratory room spanning 1,500 square meters.

We have invested significantly in cutting-edge testing equipment, including imported X-RAY non-destructive testing equipment for conducting non-destructive tests on PE pipe fittings and welding interfaces. Our arsenal also includes advanced technologies such as the Germany Niochi DSC 3500 Sirius differential scanning calorimeter and the Switzerland Metro831 and 860 type Kallinite moisture meters. Additionally, we possess a range of high-quality equipment, such as pipe pressure testing machines, electron microscopes, MFR melt flow rate meters, carbon black content testers, and electronic universal testing machines. Our auxiliary equipment includes electronic balances, blast drying ovens, ovens, muffle furnaces, thickness gauges, PE electric fusion welding machines, and more.

Furthermore, we have established professional testing laboratories that are at the forefront of the industry. These include hydrostatic, physics, chemistry, analysis, mechanics, and low laboratories. Our hydrostatic laboratory, in particular, is equipped with several sets of pipe pressure testing machines and constant temperature media boxes, enabling us to independently conduct hydrostatic strength experiments lasting 165 hours, 1000 hours, and 8760 hours. This comprehensive setup ensures the quality control of products at every stage, from raw materials to finished goods.
